Welcome! Taking this step to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being is incredibly courageous. My name is Jen; I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania and have been practicing since 2008. I earned my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University, Philadelphia PA. I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including: inpatient residential treatment, community mental health, and private practice.  I have facilitated individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, parent support, reunification therapy. This experience has equipped me to support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, such as: relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, life transitions, sexual abuse and trauma, criminogenic behaviors, boundary setting, and more. I am also a trained AAMFT-approved supervisor, dedicated to mentoring the next generation of therapists throughout their graduate internships and practicums, throughout their licensure process, and beyond.

My approach is rooted in building a strong, trusting, and safe therapeutic alliance.  I believe in meeting my clients where they are at and tailoring treatment to their unique needs. By exploring your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, we can uncover patterns and develop strategies for positive change. You will get the most out of your therapy if you are motivated both inside and outside of session. My goal is to empower you with greater self-awareness and tools to navigate life's complexities with resilience and purpose.
